Feel free to say I told you so • I think that it’s been about 20 years now. I can’t even remember how I found you, but sure glad that I did. I may have strayed now and then (those bargain sites wooed me with trendy styles and lowwww prices). But after a few of the discount frames it became crystal clear: you get what you pay for. Somehow they never fit well, became hard to clean and sometimes even broke. I even tried progressives for the first time. They came in the mail, then left in the mail. I recently (reluctantly) ordered a pair with you and was amazed. The measurements, the lenses, and the fitting made all the difference. All that to say, thanks, never going to stray again. 🙂 • LR

See the Best. Forget the Rest • I walked into Spinnewyn Opticians with some degree of trepidation. You see, by that time I had already spent 2 years trying to get new glasses. I had been to 5 chain stores and 1 independent optician with no success, although the change in my prescription was minimal. The day I walked into Spinnewyn Opticians was my 37th optical appointment of one sort or another, including 6 ophthalmology appointments because even my doctor couldn’t understand where this difficulty was coming from. Indeed, it was my ophthalmologist who suggested that I see Marc and I’m very glad I did. I would recommend Spinnewyn Opticians without reservation. They are very professional, efficient and effective but certainly not at the expense of being personable, warm and welcoming. Their obvious talent for integrating the personal and the professional makes for a successful and stress free experience. My advice to anyone seeking optical services would be to avoid the frustrations I encountered on my journey: see the best and forget the rest! • MLB
